The Supreme Court consented to listen Tuesday it self that the Declaration of the Uttar Pradesh government contrary to the Allahabad High Court order directing it to inflict strict restrictions till April 26 in five cities involving a spike in COVID-19 cases.

solicitor-general Tushar Mehta said the thing for pressing listing in front of a bench headed by Chief Justice S-A Bobde.

Mehta, while speaking to this superior court’s order passed Monday, said that”a digital lock down is announced by way of a judicial arrangement for weekly”.

He asked the seat to use the thing during your daytime saying the thing pertains to five significant cities of this country.

The superior court had directed that the Uttar Pradesh government to impose strict restrictions involving closure of restaurants, shopping complexes and restaurants till April 26 in five cities, however stopped short of calling a”complete lock down”.

Allahabad,” Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur Nagar and Gorakhpur will be the cities where the superior court has led curbs.

The superior court had said those curbs have been”no where near a comprehensive lock down”.
