Padma Bhushan Pandit Rajan Mishra of all Pandit Rajan Sajan musical band passed out on Sunday because of cardiac arrest after being identified as having Covid-19.

Rajan Mishra was 70 when he uttered his final at the St. Stephen’s Hospital at Delhi, supported his member of the family.

Rajan Mishra has been a renowned classical singer out of’Banaras Gharana’ of all India. He had been awarded the Padma Bhushan in the business of art in 2007.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi happened to Twitter into condole his passing and said”have now been tremendously saddened by the departure of Pandit Rajan mishraji who abandoned his own indelible mark from the realm of classical singing. The passing from mishraji, that was correlated with Banaras Gharana, can be a significant loss to the music and art world. My condolences to him during this hour of despair. Om Shanti!”

Rajan Mishra gave his first concert at Sri Lanka in 1978 and then, he played in many countries round the globe including Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, usa, UK, Netherlands, USSR, Singapore, Qatar, along with Bangladesh.

The two Rajan and Sajan Mishra were both brothers and vocalists from the’khyal style’ of Indian classical songs. Even the duo achieved great popularity all around the earth. Pandit Rajan and Sajan Mishra believed that as the body is composed of five elements, the seven notes of music’Saregamapadhani’ are written by the noises of creatures and critters.
