Indian Ambassador to China Vikram Misri made the comments during an interaction with all Chinese scholars from several thinktanks and universities in a conference organised at the Consulate General of India from the southern city of Guangzhou.
“Ambassador @VikramMisri hypothesized that upkeep of peace and tranquility from boundary areas is vital foundation for the growth of bilateral relationship,” that the Consulate tweeted.
