Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Saturday announced that their local will float an international tender for its COVID-19 vaccine and Remdesivir injections. Pawar was talking with reporters after conducting a meeting with senior officials to examine the COVID-19 position in Pune.

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackrey has discussed the specifics of the disease with CEO of all Serum Institute of India (SII) Adar Poonawala, ” he said.

“We shall also make sure that the country receives pathogens from overseas manufacturers with the support and coordination by the Union administration,” he explained.
