KBJ Developers, an offshoot of the Aksha Kamboj-led KBJ Group, has entered the real-estate sector with vigor and zest. Within a short time, the company has planned, strategized, and executed multiple land and property projects. This has earned the company expeditious growth and a distinct name in the market.

The KBJ Group was keen on developing premium and comfortable properties when they branched into KBJ Developers. “We began with the aim of creating residential spaces that are a blend of functionality and ease of living,” says Aksha Kamboj, recalling KBJ Developer’s early days into the venture. Her husband Mohit Kamboj aka Mohit Bharatiya has been crucial in building the company’s strong holding today. Currently, KBJ Developers has concluded various projects that include residential spaces and 4-star hotels. These projects are spread across India and are a host of various lucrative facilities and amenities.

In Mumbai itself, KBJ Developers have constructed two residential spaces. One is in Mahim and the other in Chembur. They both offer furnished 1BHK and 2BHK apartments along with features that comprise a fine living experience. They also have a residential project in Varanasi that hosts a luxurious construction and serene environment. Talking about their hospitality projects, Aksha Kamboj said, “Our hotels in Goa and Bangalore are both placed in the 4-star deluxe category. They cater with high service standards, a plethora of pleasing amenities, and an overall rejuvenating experience.”

Always keen on building and expanding, KBJ developers presently have two ongoing projects that will further elevate their market presence. Named KBJ Grand, the company is building a 5-star hotel in Varanasi. In Goregoan, the company is working on an ultra-modern residential project named The Luxor. Both these projects are set to complete in 2022.

Aksha Kamboj, empowered by the support of her husband Mohit Kamboj aka Mohit Bharatiya, and their kids Mishka Kamboj and Avyaan Kamboj, is elated about KBJ Developer’s success and believes that there is much to come in the future.
