Supreme Court judge Justice Mohan M Shantanagoudar expired at a private hospital at Gurgaon, sources said on Sunday. He was 62. The mortal remains of this judge is going to be used into his Rajaji Nagar dwelling in Bengaluru, at which last rites will be run.

Just Ice Shantanagoudar was declared to this Medanta Hospital as a result of lung disease and has been at the ICU. His condition was said to be more stable till late Saturday day, but slowed afterwards, sources said.

In an announcement Sunday, the apex court said:”It’s, with deep despair, circulated for advice which Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mohan M Shantanagoudar, Judge, Supreme Court of India left for heavenly abode at the late evening of The cremation will occur now i.e. 25th April, 2021 at Bengaluru, Karnataka.”

The announcement, issued by Assistant Registrar Gagan Soni, has asked the secretaries to apprise regarding the passing and the final rites of Justice Shantanagoudar to all of the apex court judges.

Just Ice Shantanagoudar was raised as an indicator of the Supreme Court on February 17, 2017. He’d have stayed in office till May 5, 20-23.

He was born May, 5, 1958, at Karnataka and got himself registered as a advocate on September 5, 1980. He had been appointed as an additional judge of the Karnataka High Court on May 1-2, 2003, also eventually become a lasting judge at the court in September 2004.

Afterwards, Justice Shantanagoudar has been moved into the Kerala High Court, at which he assumed charge as the acting chief justice on August 1, 20-16.
