A Delhi court Monday refused Delhi Police‘s request for custodial interrogation of both actor-activist Deep Sidhu in reference to a case registered with the Archeological Survey of India (ASI) regarding this violence in Red Fort, throughout which portions of the legacy structure were allegedly ruined. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Gajendra Singh Nagar refused law enforcement requirement for Sidhu’s 4-day remand and delivered him to 14 day judicial prosecution, stating that there wasn’t any adequate floor to permit the custodial interrogation.

Sidhu was detained by Delhi Police on Saturday in regard to the republic-day violence throughout the farmers’ tract or pitted from the central administration’s brand new farm legislation, minutes after being published in a separate instance associated with violence,” at which he got bond on Friday.
