Nagaland main minister Neiphiu Rio said that the Government of India is holding conversation with authorized and legal experts to a separate flag.

Rio while covering the 29th Angami Pupils’ Union (ASU) biennial overall conference in Kisama on Saturday said,”During my interview Union Home ministry Amit Shah split up flag was shared at which your dwelling minister said that different Naga flags might be issued at different events aside from government, official buildings and events. Centre is holding negotiations with constitutional and legal experts in this respect.”

Rio additionally stated that on the matter of a split up’Yehzabo’ (constitution) a board is set after payoff to workout the important points .

NSCN-IM is requiring another flag and Constitution and government of India has previously resisted the requirement. Talks are captured in log-jam of both of these problems.

Rio claimed that the Naga issue isn’t confined by Naga political circles or their local but it involves Naga people all together.

NSCN-IM had previously mentioned the matter of the Naga national flag and Constitution cannot be placed to the bargaining table in market for whatever. Even the Naga federal identity represented by the Naga flag and Constitution cannot be given.
