A Delhi Court on Thursday hunted answer of CBI and Enforcement Directorate over both bond applications of alleged middleman Christian Michel who had been detained in relation with all the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scam instances )

Special CBI Judge Arvind Kumar issued note to the stunt bureaus and searched his reply by May 6, even once the court will hear the circumstances.

Michel, detained in case of corruption registered with the CBI concerning the scam and also the other instance of money laundering registered with the ED, has transferred the bond software, saying no motive was served with keeping him .

“The offender has experienced nearly 600 hrs of custodial interrogation by the bureaus. By now, the offender has spent over two year and 4 weeks along with this time he spent Dubai jail,” he filed from the software.

Special public prosecutor N K Matta and urge D P Singh obtained the note to the ED and also the CBI respectively.

Michel, extradited in Dubai, was detained by the ED on December 2018.

Michel is one of the three alleged middlemen getting probed from case by the ED and the CBI. Both would be Guido Haschke and Carlo Gerosa.

About January 1, 2014, India fought the contract using Italy-based Finmeccanica’s British subsidiary AgustaWestland for supplying 1 2 AW-101 VVIP choppers into the IAF over alleged violation of contractual duties and charges for paying kickbacks to the tune of Rs 423 crore with it to procuring the agreement.
